Can someone help me fix this image for me?

hello. i was wondering if someone could help me with this picture. i need it to be smooth and not so pixel it is now. like smooth lines. my english is not that good but i hope you know wath i meen. i tried myself in photoshop but i could not do it myself.

You will have to redraw that using something like the pen tool, there is no way you are going to make something like that smooth and retain any details.

I would set that as a background image, then working on layers above it draw in the shapes using the pen tool and when you're done simply turn off the background and save it as a smooth image. This would be easier to do in Illustrator than in Photoshop.
