Can someone get rid of the background of this image and replace it.. continued

I have a picture, and I would like the background of the image removed so that it looks like a typical sort of passport photograph

It is low quality - taken off a webcam. It is a SMALL picture.

Have you not got a better picture I think this 1 needs way to much work doing to ever make it look good and honestly I dont think it ever will look good. I think you have posted on here before with similar low quality pics. I think it is time to trade taking your photos with your webcam for an actual camera.

I agree with Hoogle this is way to low rez to get a good result but I gave it a shot anyway.

Understand passport photos have very specific size and dimension requirements and every country has different requirements.

This photo will not be suitable if to want to use it as a passport photo.

I borrowed steves Image and just ran it through a denoise filter
but sill is a poor image.

yeah we had a crumby little olympus camera but someone dropped it and repairing it costs more than its RRP

so I want to get another camera, which shoots HD and is about 11 MP but which isn't ridiculously expensive. I'm thinking $150? Does anyone know a good camera
