Can someone edit the people out?

Can someone please remove just the two people on the left side of the image and just retouch the photo up a bit?

I took gedstar image and made a quick edit on the exposition and colours, it was too magenta but maybe it was intentional.

Yeah, I went after the magenta sky, as well, while trying to preserve highlight detail in the clouds. I also cleaned up the concrete somewhat differently (ie, removed larger blemishes, but tried to leave some small scale texture). Also, did a bit of dodging and burning to bring emphasis to the sign, lift shadows, etc.
