Can someone edit a photograph of me?

Hi,

This is going to sound really vain but i'm going to take a picture of myself, and i'm wondering if anyone would be able to fix any blemishes/change the hair a little? I don't have photoshop or any experience of it. It will just be one image I think, if need be I could pay a small amount (through paypal).
