looks like you can !..If you mean that the name of the "qoutee" ??doesn't show...might me due to the OP status, 3 posts ?

Thanks Clare, much appreciated.

As to the quotes in my above post I manually copied the quoted text and typed [quotex][/quote] (I added the x so it would not generate an actual quote) around it. This created the quoted section of the post. It works but I should not have to do this and it would be preferable to have the originator of the quote identified (of course).

OK bgoodman, I understood exactly what you meant. I would suggest just trying it again next time you're on. Be sure you have logged off and back on. Then see if it has resolved. If not, send a PM to Steve who thinks that maybe you're just doing something wrong. But if you click the button, it works or it doesn't. Nothing to it. Sorry I can't help you. Has to be a pain to set up your own quotes. Just fyi, there have been some image uploading problems on the forum. Maybe it's hiccupping. Ya got me!

As you can see its working now. Thanks for whatever you did to fix it Clare,,,,,,it was you that fixed it right? Of course it was.
