Can I download a "camera profile" for Nikon D70 to make raw files look better?

Where would I download this if it exists either specifically for nikon d70 or just nikon cameras in general?

Just grab the latest version of ACR here.

When I download it and try to run it says I need adobe application manager and I should download it but the link they give is broken. Do you know how to fix this?
