Specific Can anyone save these two badly lit photo?

Hi. Someone at our club spent the best part of a day and night photographing a sporting event. Unfortunately, the settings appear to have been almost randomly chosen, as the daytime pics are horribly over-exposed, and the night-time ones are just as bad. Here are a couple of examples. I wonder if these photos can be saved and, if so, what kind of adjustment settings in Photoshop might get the best outcome.
Hope someone can help, as there are around 1,700 photos she took.

Sorry to hear that, overexposed pictures in that way had no solution, the white zones are just that..white pixels with no information. The underexposed seems to be a little bit better and maybe you can save some but it will have a lot of noise, if you have the raw files better chance you can save more.
