Can anyone make this picture better?

Hi first time posting on here, Im trying to swap someones face with my dads on a picture and im really struggling to make him blend in, can anyone do a better job?

Just try lowering the saturation a bit, but it doesn't help when he has a shine on his head lol....

Please don't think I'm being rude for saying that, just an observation really.

How is this:



Cloned one of the other guys head in to get rid of flare from your dads head. Used sponge tool to desaturate the red eye and added a bit of a glint in your dads eyes to match everyone else's.
Adjusted saturation, added noise to get as near as I could to the original image. Blended with the Healing brush as best I could. Hope it turned out okay for you.

No dont worry i didnt think you were being rude at all, his head was what i was struggling with lol.
The 1st image looks allot better he definitely blends in more but you can tell its photoshop'd still but thanks for the help.
The 2nd image would be great if the hats were believable lol.
