Here's another variation - I also worked on lightening the dark circles under his eyes:

Hard one, the problem with the smiles is that when you smile the whole face move and changes, so I experimented a little bit with that idea and tried to apply the changes to the whole face, it was fun, maybe later I try with a big smile to see what I can get.
