Can anyone help me with a photoshop?

Was really wanting to get the first image at the end of a spotlight inserted in the second image of the city off in the distance. Kind of like how the batman symbol is in the spotlight. The symbol is my churches logo and was wanting to use it for our Instagram. Anyone who could make this happen, would be awesome and be appreciate of me! Thanks!

I'm not a batman spotlight signal expert but I think the signal only works at night.

OK, so working off the comments above, I gave you a little darker atmosphere. I know it isn't last night when you wanted it, but that's how it works here. Not all members around all the time, ey. And I don't know if this is as far in the distance as you want, but any smaller and I think it would lose all its impact. So I made 2 and straightened out the horizon. Let me know if you want it shrunk or moved.
