Hey all! Whats up!
In these pictures, they all got this similar effect that I've been trying to recreate..but no luck at it at all! Can anyone tell me how to achieve this effect in Photoshop (CS4)?

WoW!! Thanks a bunch mate!! But you got any idea how to get it in a specific spot (like at the second image)? And have that sort of abstract look on an image (like on both the images-is it some kind of filter?) Sorry if I'm asking too much though..

select your shape... then trial and error... ( or as we artists call... testing... wink/smile...)
never tried it, but, I am sure masking would help to fine-tune...
then "liquify" to shape...
