Don't understand the request as the foreground is the black portion mate?

not too sure what you mean.If that's the forground, then i need that removed and resized to fit the picture.I flip the picture around and then the black showed up.Hopefully its fixable.

Hopefully, you have some layers going? I'm not exactly sure what you did, but you brought up the background it looks like. are your color swatches set to white over black? were you making a rectangular selection around your face and transformed the selection? If you haven't saved and closed or made to many other changes, you can go into the history and back to "open" to reverse your mistakes or just close and don't save (if you haven't already. If you tell us what you've done, we can help you.

Is it possible to get the picture without any of the white boarder now?Hopefully that makes sense...iam pretty new at this.

It's lucky i love you Clare other wise i would just walk out of this thread ,lol.

I need to have that white boarder around my picture completely be gone.I just want the image by itself without any boarders.I can rotate the image,i just can't get rid of the boarder.thanks

Print screen my image then crop out the white portion mate.
Your confused - if he only said that in the first place.
