Specific Can anyone add curb appeal to this home?

Thinking of buying this house but want to see what it could look like with some added curb appeal, as it’s dull and odd looking and also he landscape isn’t kept.

buying this home but would love to see what it could look like with some added curb appeal.

1. Change the shutters from black to more of a cream color, and also change the facade entrance part of the door to a soft cream color. Also change the door color to a medium value color like a darkish blue.
2. Add first floor windows to each side of the house
3. Add a covered front porch to the front of the house above the existing roof section over the front door.
4. Some landscape enhancements, clear up all the overgrown brush and maybe add some mulch beds and flowers/bushes.

I know this is a lot of work, so HUGE thanks to anyone willing to take on this task.
