Building/Recovering missing body parts of a person after content-aware fill

Hi Gurus,

I'm a rookie myself but this issue got me thinking whether it is possible to pull it off.
What I want is on a photo where 2 people are hugging each other and one persons' arm or leg is blocked/overlapped by the other person.
I can remove person no. 1 with the help of the content-aware fill but the tricky part starts when I try to recover the missing arm and leg of the person no. 2.
I was just wondering is this possible anyway?

Yeah could have done a bit of burning or just dumbed down the light to it, but you get the idea.
