buggy image viewing..

i just installed PS but when i open a picture it loks like this..

i have to zoom to 200% or more to view the picture like normal.

what is wrong? and how can i fix it?

EDIT: fixed it now.. disabled open GL in PS

Update your video driver and you can keep OpenGL most likely enabled, which does have benefits!
