Bug in CS3! Can't Drag and Drop smart filters.

Hi all, I'm using Photoshop CS3 and when I'm trying to drag and drop an smart filter to arrange it inside a set of smart filters apply to the same smart object, I find a bug with a warning message that says "Could not complete your request because of a program error".

Has anyone been in the same situation as me?

Could anybody help me with this one?

Moving up and doing the thumbnail from the layer pallete.
But that seems to happend to me only once. By now it's solve (not a clue about how).
I 'm keeping the doubt, if anyone need more info about my bug I think that I could share with you my psd to search the problem.
