Aww IS there anyway to use these brushes please? If so please help me!

Yeah
Of course you can use those files as brushes
- Download the compressed file
- extract the files using any compression files tools utility like 7Zip, IZarc "Free" PC
- Once extracted open the image on PS
- Go to EDIT>define brush Preset
- Name the brush and hit ok
DONE

Now go to brushes selection to choose your new brush

* Don't forget you can create any brush you want, in this particular case you can use the pen tool draw the path and then "stroke path using a brush tool"
