Brushes

Hi,



I am using Photoshop CS4

I am having a problem with my brushes?

I just installed some swirl brushes

When I select a brush, a cross hair comes up instead of the swirl image of the brush?

So it is very difficult to see what size etc, it will look like on the new file?

It use to show like a preview, and I could adjust the size, etc?

Now I cannot?

Does anyone know what has happened?
