Ok I have started making brushes completely from scratch I know these need fine tuning and softer edges but I just want to test these work on all versions of pjotoshop and that they are a good enough size for people.

So can some of you download this mini set and let me know if resolution is good enough and that they work well.

and then I can get creating real versions.

These are just been converted from some photography I have been playing around with tonight so only simple smoke brushes but you can classify it as a beta test lol. Thanks in advanced.

here they are

Hey thanks for creating them ;)

I've tested them for you on CS3 and they seems to work, I just needed to load them in the brush pallet cause they didn't load automaticaly when I've put them in the right brushes folder.

Some brushes shows a square mark arround the edges from what I can see. I'll post the tests below in a smaller version as you allready noticed there is some noise in it.

mmmm forgotten project lol

Yes they would be free was messing around with smoke photography and converting the pictures to brushes. I guess I got side tract and forgot about this 1.

but they are there for you to download if you want them

Would anyone be interested in a set of 3d glossy\reflective brushes Just playing now the only issue I have is that what ever colour the layer is below the sphere brush in this example is what the colour your reflection will be so looks fine using white but other colors may not look quite right. I was thinking I could do a set of web buttons like this.

Have a play with this brush and let me know

Ok I see the obvious anti Aliasing issue on the sphere will address that later.

But here is a preview of the start of a 3d glossy brush set I dont think I have seen glossy brushes available for download but then I have never looked before.

Any suggestions on shapes I will try and work in to the set will go for a 10 brush set.

ok here is a sphere and a button for web set Ideally it will work on all versions but made them in cs6 so let me know if there is an issue with earlier versions.

Kool smoke brush hoogle...
This could save many people alot of time creating there own smoke...
Also, 3d gloss effect seems sweet!
but, I have yet to learn the proceeds of making brushes do you know where a tut is on that... my google is acting up... Dang internet. grr....

if you create an image in greyscale you can turn it into a brush by going to Edit>Define Brush Preset, then give it a name and it will be in your brush pallette, you need to save it if you want to keep it forever though ;)

Thanks for the brushes ^^
They seem to work fine with cs3 :)
Maybe different sizes for the square brush and different corner rounded edges? Just an idea.
Here my playing around with the brushes below :)
