Brush Error - not a Caps Lock issue

Hi there, I desperately need some help with Photoshop CS4 here. For some weird reason, my brush outline gets clipped off if it goes beyond a certain size. Here's how it looks like when it gets clipped off.

It gets really annoying when I'm trying to work with large custom brushes. Anyone can help me with this?
 
See buddy, now that happens if you don't keep your computer uptodate!

You don't have the lastest video card driver, get it and the issue will be solved.
