Bridge troubles

I am having troubles with Bridge CS4. Trying to organize a wedding session, when I click over an image to open it on Camera Raw, another photo is opened. Also, some of the photos look out of focus on Bridge even when I know they are not. This is the first time this is happening to me in CS4 even when it happened before some times in CS3.
Any idea why can this happen and how can I fix it?
