Brand new to graphic design and need some help!

Hi! Brand new to these forums and brand new to graphic design!

This is an example of what I want to try to replicate..

I don't even know how to go about this, I am assuming it is capable in Photoshop I have a small comedy business and want to create my own graphics for each show!

The answer to your question...is yes.

These are very easy to create. You could create a concept of these designs in photoshop, but if your going to print your designs, Illustrator use be your best friend.

Alright, I don't need to print. Just add them to a website.

Any tutorials you would recommend for what I want to do?
