Hi guys..
I need everyone's input, as from a marketing aspect.. I'm currently concepting a new brand for a fruit (apples & citrus) export company, that exports from Cape Town, South Africa; to the middle and far east as well as central and north america.
the objective is to come up with at least 100 name and symbol options, from all various angles and ideas, for a new product that they have. This new product is more the name of an internal competitor for their current product, Fruitways. Fruitways has a symbol of a yellow bee, not the coolest but according to the client, the most effective. This is because alot of the countries that they export to have a high amount of illiterate customers and they recognize the bee before they recognize the name.
So what I would like to ask all my fellow designers and creatives to please reply to this post with as many various name and even symbol options as possible. lets go a bit further than the fruit itself, and see if we can find a name and symbol that brings a different aspect to the fruit trade industry. I love collaboratives and I feel with so many of us working on this, we can create something this is globally acceptable.
