Specific Bow tie straightening

Hi,

I have been fiddling with straightening my bow tie in this photo for some time, but I can't seem to figure it out. I can flip it and get it where I want, but blending isn't working out.

I would love to use this as a linkedIn photo! Any help would be appreciated!

Great work by @Rich54! Tried my hand at an edit - also did some cloning and did my best to soften the highlight on the left side of the wall and the face.
Repaired some scratches on the wall and added a slight curves adjustment to brighten overall.
