borders in ps

Any idea how can i get the same white borders in ps as showing in the pic attached

go too image / canvas size make the canvas size .5 cm larger , fill with white and put under current layer

You posted this same question the other day and I thought Inkz addressed it. It now appears you mean the outside border as egosbar is answering. I could barely see it in the img you post since it is white on white . . . There is a pale grey line around the white border. Is that part of the border you want to create? If so, then follow the advice egosbar gave, go to layer fx and add an inside border in the pixel size and color you want.

There are a few ways to create a border, but that is the most straightforward. When you go into canvas size, check "relative."
