Whole body replacement is a little easier than just the face, though it is time consuming.

I have attempted to remove SarahJessicaParker almost fully and the bits that are left out can be covered by a foreground image.

Also providing a PNG of our lovely new member in case someone else wants to have a go at it using the cut outs and improvising from there.
