Specific Blurry Picture in Email

I accidentally deleted the original photos and when I emailed them to myself they realized and became blurry. Can anyone help me with making them readable?

Well its been a long time since I have taken a multiple choice take home test, yet they usually let you take home the test physically or on online version. That would be your best bet is get access to the original work. Apparently a legal or police related multiple choice test.
I don't think Photoshop has the capability to make this readable for the average reader. Making it truly readable would require more software AI capabilities than is generally available.
Now using SAG capabilities on top of some PS work I worked on the last section and overlaid the more confident words for several of the lines on top of the provided text. Not really worth the time and energy to decode any more detail though it could be possible. I give the little work I did 80% correctness.
I think this would have to be given to the NSA yet I doubt they would be interested cause they are only looking for bad guys. And if you were one, you wouldn't want to send this to them
