Hi All,

Again I'm struggling,

I cant seem to get any effect out of the blur tool...

Any suggestions?

Increase brush size/hardness and strength maybe?

Take off your Glasses and the image would be blurred... no tool needed.. :bustagut:

Jokes apart,

Could you post a screenshot of your brush settings.. there might be something wrong with Size, Hardness, Strength or the Mode...

Hi Joe, in addition to what Paul suggests, make sure that your "Painting mode" is set to normal.
