Blinking Image

Hello everyone. I was wondering if anyone knew how to make an image blink. Ive googled it and some say its image animation. I have Cs5 and dont know how to do that. So i wanted to get some advice from the experts. Thanks in advanced.

you need to look up gif animation. open up an image you want in photoshop then go to window animation very bottom right of the screen should be an icon switching frames or time lines and add trhe frames and edit it as you want

Do you mean eyes blinking?
From your original image create new layers with the eyes closing.
The more layers the smother the action.
Go to the top bar and choose Windows|Animate.
Create frames in the animation window and assign layers to them.
Adjust the timing until it looks right.

You need to go to Windows|Animation after you open the file.
