Blending Two Layers Matching light and Color

Hi,
Please see the attached PSD.

I want to apply the lighting and color that is in layer 1 to layer 2, so that layer 2 looks more natural as if it has always been part of layer 1, how do I go about doing this?

also, try manually using adjustments layer.

- brightness/contrast
- levels
- curves
- exposure

try different settings and values, play with adjustments sliders, im pretty sure you will get there.

Thank you for the help, I used a combination of all four of these to get the blend right
