Blending a Circular Seam

Hi All. New here. Wanted to ask what the best method would be to smooth the (outer) seam on the attached image. I added the outer band for a bleed and want to blend the seam (or maybe there is a better way to create a bleed on this). Thank you!

I'd try to clone stamp it, may be tedious but should work.

What do you mean by smooth outer seam?

Yeah, I will probably end up cloning it. Just looking for an easier way.

The arrow in this image indicates the seam I am referring to.

I want to eliminate the seam, as the arrow also indicates the edge of the artwork. Everything on the outside of the arrow is bleed.
