Specific Birthday gift

Hi!

I'm looking to have this picture printed and framed as a birthday gift for my dad, but I'd like it to look the best it can (I know it's just a smartphone picture) and so I'm hoping someone could remove all other people from the picture, leaving just the couple in the foreground. That includes the crowd of people than can be seen over my dad's shoulder, if feasible.

I hope it's not too much to ask. In case it's of importance; the picture will be printed to roughly 20x30 cm size. I'm hoping any possible artifacts from the photoshop won't be visible at that size.

Thank you in advance if you're willing to have a look at it.

Here's the edit. I also reset the image to 300 ppi and approximately 20cm x 30cm, and changed the color space to Adobe98, all of which works better for something to be printed. Also providing version 2, an alternative crop.

Thank you both! The people removal looks great in both and I also appreciate the other adjustments. However, would it be possible to get the edited version in the original colorspace?
 
To be honest, this is still too much of an edited look for me. I'd really like to have it with the people removal edit, but everything else untouched. I will still adjust brightness/contrast/saturation etc. for printing myself.
