Illustrator ? ? Best Stroke Size For Tracing A Picture ? ?

I am currently experimenting with tracing images within Illustrator, so far so good. But I have a question about what is the best size to set the Stroke when I use the Pen Tool for tracing an Image?

I think that is a personal artistic choice depending on how you are using the image, cartoon, serious subject, etc.
