For a logo company, you need a really smart logo, and I'm probably going to sound harsh, though not attentionally.

It is a naff logo that has been badly animated in a FLASH banner, so not only will it animate badly in most browsers, but wont work at all on an Iphone or Ipad.

Why not try making a logo that is so good, you don't need to animate it. You can then maybe use a slider where the amazing deals banner is, or other jquery plugin for extra wow factor. This way, you will get better compatibility across the browsers. It will look more professional without animated logos, especially for someone selling logo design.

Also use the spell checker, and you have used the word symbolizes when symbolized would be correct. I would use a s instead of the z aswel, being English.

from a users point of view when searching for logo designers on the web , and this is just my opinion only... your site its self looks out of date , not very color schemed, No focus area and my eyes wondering all over, The logo as already stated looks Naff.. Have you done a search on google at your competitors sites ?

You most definitely need a proofreader, and a writer to spiff up the copy and get rid of run-on sentences and other errors. This and the more technical and artistic critique will create professionalism.
