Basic Flash guide for beginners?

Hi, I really want to get to know how to use Flash and Dreamweaver, but just to start of with Flash... Does anyone know where I can find a beginner's guide to Flash, just to know the core basics of it?... I'm an inter-adv user of photoshop and indesign, but absolutely zilch on Flash, so a guide for a beginner-per-say would be helpful..
