Bar to my facebook cover pic.

Hi. I need to make a bar on the bottom like that on the link (for mig facebook cover) ->

I have tried but its look crappy and bad quilty

If someone could send me the photoshop file just with the bar i will be gratefull :cheesygrin:
i Will myself put it on my cover and adjust the colors
 
Try it yourself again but keep the file size of the cover image below 93K. Any larger and facebook mangles it down and totally messes up quality. Once you have created your image, use 'Save for Web' to ensure it's below 93K.

The image you have linked to is around 53K.
 
Allright thanks, will the quilty be better on facebook if i make it in some sort of vector-drawing software as Illustrator?
 
Facebook will not recognise it, needs to be .jpg or .png fella. If possible, try and keep the amount of technical colour usage down too. Photo's look better where as vector based gradients can make them files much larger if that makes sense.
