Backing Up Actions

Can anyone tell me where to locate the files which correspond to Actions which I create in CS3? I have searched my hard drive for "ATN" files and find only those which came with the program. I would like to back up these Action files and occasionally email Actions which I have created to other users. Many Thanks for your guidance!

When you're in your Adobe folder select 'Adobe Photoshop CS3', then 'presets', then 'actions'.
