Tough extraction with such a low quality file. If I may suggest a step Preston that will allow you to further refine it?
Place the PNG file on a neutral coloured BG and remove now-visible access with a mask, keeping a white outside border if preferred.
I did this as well as placed a duplicate overtop in Soft Light mode to increase saturation.... my preference only.
