Specific Background removal from logo

Hi,

Would it be possible to remove the grass background from the logo attached (1), and colour the words "Lebanese Football League" in dark blue (#1E2251), as well as the ball symbol and the triangle at the bottom?
The end result should be a cleaner version of the second file (2) attached. If possible, I would also like an "original version" with just the background removed (no recolouring).
