Background colour change request :D

Hi all!

Great forum with lots of support and gurus here...thank you in advanced!

I had a corporate photo head shot taken and they chose a very odd blue. I was wondering if it's possible to change it to a more natural looking colour a corporate headshot (dark or light gray, or whatever you think looks most professional cause blue is not!).
