"Avengers" Office Theme

Hey guys - wondering if someone can help me out with this request...

I want to use the "Avengers" logo, but change it to say "Arapahoe" instead. Here is the original logo:

So, my vision of this would be to keep the "A" (removing the "the" in the middle of it also), but change the rest of the text to say "Arapahoe". Id like to try and keep the font/texture of the text to look the same as best as possible.

Also, change "Marvel Studios" to say "Colorado Public Defenders".

Any help with this would be amazing!

Hi eros, welcome to PSG.

Did you know that you can upload images directly to the site? You don't have to link them or bump 5 posts just to be able to post a link, lol. Just find the tree icon in the reply window (or original thread wndw) and choose the "from computer" option.

Please be advised that this is a Photoshop discussion and help forum not a free image manipulation site. Someone may wish to help you, but it is not our primary purpose to do free requests.

i did a signature for my friend he wanted the same thing

its almost midnight here so i might do something about it tomorrow
 
Nice - thats close to what I had envisioned. The A's in the middle look odd though. I noticed in the tutorial, they mentioned the same thing, so they created their own text.

Im gunna try and see how much I can follow on that tutorial - I only have access to Photoshop on my work computer, so I dont have a ton of free time to spend on it and it seems like the tutorial is quite lengthy. lol, well see what I can come up with.

@ibclare, sorry for the bumping threads...I didnt realize you could add a file to a post. Figured it was some security feature to make sure I was human ;)

Anyways, I realize this isnt a "free requests" site - I just saw several people post here for similar things and it looks like there are quite a few people who are members here who enjoy doing these sorts of things, so thought I would give it a shot. I dont use Photoshop very often at all, so my skills are pretty minimal when it comes to this sorta thing.
 
eros, the five post minimum for links is indeed to establish you as a human being :D

But uploaded images don't have the same issues as links, and uploading requires human action!

Sorry if i gave you the wrong impression. We will do requests for people but don't want anyone to take it for granted that their request will be done.
 
Here is my take, used corel draw (dont have illustrator) and PS. Stupid mistake started with CMYK so a few filters didnt work which might have made the difference.
