Specific Attempt to change a shirt!

Hello Gurus,

I know this one might be a longshot. I was wondering if the shirt in the picture below could be changed to this: Link removed, please post image.
You can totally preserve the black color of the shirt, however getting rid of the white stripes/image and adding the new text.
