Asking a picture for my girlfirend.

Hello guys. I'm new here. I just made this account to post it. And I need your help.
My girlfriend's birthday is coming, and I would like to give her a hoodie with a picture of a skull with Mickey's ears. There's a singer on this video using it ( youtube.com/watch?v=kszkoFI84JU , around 0:40), but I couldn't find where did he buy it. So I'm going to create it! I'm thinking about use the website Zazzle.com to create the hoodie, but I don't have a good picture to use. Could you create the picture please?
If i'm not asking too much, could you create more than one version? I didn't decice the color yet. I'm thinking about a black skull with a white background; or a white one with black background; or both black, but with a wthite board between them.
The only thing I was able to do is it. I hope it helps.

Don't forget if we did the design, it is not you creating anything, your just purchasing a hoodie.

You can download the trial version of Photoshop or the full version of gimp for free, look for tutorials on YouTube for 'the pen tool', and you can trace the image yourself. I'm sure your girlfriend will appreciate the effort you have put in to it. Good Luck pal.

I think it could get better, but I'm proud of it

I also made a text to put on the back.

I think in english it means:

If you got it done in Photoshop, lighten the background image on both the skull and text message.
