Asian - looking Luna

Hi guys! I' d appreciate your help with this...

She is Luna Lovegood from Harry potter series. I'd like to make her look Asian, but I can't find how to do so convincingly. Please help!:)

How about showing us all just how far down the road you have got with it, then we can help you alter it to improve it maybe?
 
My first idea would be her eyes. Use the warp tool to squinge her eyes together a little, so you get the typical closed eyes look on asians. And another idea could be to dye her hair dark. Not alot of blonde asians out there
