How do you get an effect like that on photos? Is there a filter to buy that can do that?

and its also done to correct lighting.

The Topaz suite of filters can achieve most of what is on the images. The dodgy recolouring of the shorts in the first one, and increasing breast size and doing slimming effects that make her look like an anorexic body-builder and really bad blending in the last one, are optional.

In fact it is hard to believe the last one is a real poster at all.

Thanks. I have the Topaz filters. Not getting the same effect but i'll keep messing around with it to see if I can come close.

also try photomatix, its not free but its deffinetly worth the money, ive used it previously and it works great giving a very similar effect
