I wonder what happened when this picture was taken because it seems like the white scarf she is wearing, is missing on the left side of her neck... or is it really supposed to be like this, perhaps?

Is there a way for me to make it visible on the left side as well, so it doesn't look TOO photoshopped, or? If so, how do i go about doing so. I want to learn, if someone can bother to help me. Thank you. :)4828723784.jpg

Here's one approach..
- copy a portion of her scarf from picture right to a new layer
- flip this layer horizontal via CTL-T to enter free transform
- use Warp to fit to shape of the missing section on picture right
- remove an overage with a mask
- use the clone tool at a very low opacity to add in to match
- curves adjustments via the included mask to match lighting on that side.

i.e.
