If you have any idea on this effect I would appreciate it
They make loads with different colours etc so it must be easy to do or easy to make a template!

Looks like a combinations of filters I see threshold in there with some posterize etc,etc. Only way to be sure is ask the artist. But w can guess all day long too lol
