Illustrator Another very basic problem with CS6

I draw a circle with numerical input 640pt x 640pt
Then I export this circle as png and get a different size: 641pt x 640pt

I don´t see what I could do wrong.

Any ideas?

Looks like CS6 Illustrator is buggy?
