Annoying issue!

Hello

my name is Cindy and I've been having a very annoying issue with my Photochop CS5

When i use the eye dropper tool (with the ALT keyboard short cut and manually) it copies the color to the background color. is there any way to fix this??

Any help would be appreciated, its just so annoying to have to click than push X or D every time I drop a color! :banghead:

you can go to window "color"
and click on the foreground-box (green in example)
