I'm not trying to be mean here but I need to ask, is the first photo a complete original work by you? Did you create and draw this character? I ask because I see the abstract is a wallpaper download.
I don't know anything about wallpaper copyright, but I'm fairly certain that Anime is copyright protected.
If it's an original by you, then that's pretty impressive!

i didnt draw the character i just rendered it from other work and made some adjustments
yeah the background not by me thats one of my early work if it will cause any problems i can remove it
